1. Peel of the backing to reveal the sticky back of the file paper disc
2. Apply the file paper disc to your KB Sanding Disc Holder metal disc right on the very end
3. Use and then peel off and throw away.

GRIT GUIDE
Use 320 grit for polishing and smoothing skin including the side of big toes
Use 240 grit for normal hard skin removal and length reduction on shorter nails
Use 180 and 150 grit for tougher hard skin removal and longer nail enhancements
