Doses should be given approximately every 6 to 8 hours (or with a minimum of 4 hours between each dose if required). \u003cbr\u003eUnder 3 months: not suitable unless advised by a doctor. For juvenile rheumatoid arthritis the usual daily dosage is 30-40mg\/kg\/day in 3 to 4 divided doses. \u003cbr\u003eFor post immunisation pyrexia: one 2.5ml dose followed by a further 2.5ml dose 6 hours later if necessary. \u003cbr\u003eNo more than two 2.5ml doses in 24 hours.
